I need to write, and do art, and be guided through my grief and I couldn't find anything. So, I created what I needed. In researching different coping and healing methods, I began to feel the weight being lifted. While I will always carry the baby I lost in my heart, it has been therapeutic to be able to work through the healing process. I hope this grief workbook helps you as much as it did (and does) me.
